“Everything was packed really well the first time, the 2nd time some of the boxes arrived damaged but the products themeseleves were safe. Shipped quickly, discreetly & arrived shockingly fast even coming overseas. Prices are better than the shops near me.”

“Quick shipping on my items, however I could not track my order. Even after the items were delivered, the update only said “ Invalid parameter(s), No data found for this Tracking Reference.” Would be nice if the tracking issue could be addressed. Still shows my items are enroute even though they are already delivered.”

“Not very content as a first time purchaser. My tracking order number is LX044033308NZ, i order MAY30th,2023 till this day my package has not been delivered . Truly needed for a Event i have May19th . May i please get any updates? Truly is taking quite long & i fear it wont be here on time .”

“Great selection, and good prices. It wasn't clear that they ship from New Zealand, so I expected to get my item within a few days and it took more than a week. I actually emailed after a few days that it didn't ship to make sure it arrives in the time frame I needed, and they misled me into thinking I shouldn't cancel my order. Hence the low rating. I may order from them again if I can't find it someplace else or if the price is extremely attractive, but overall they did not really earn my trust.”

I can see you emailed us concerned about the dispatch delay, and we advised you had purchased over a 4-day public holiday weekend which meant there were some delays, and we apologized for this and assured you your order would be dispatched within a few hours. We do our best to inform our customers of any potential delays and at the time we had a delay warning onsite and further information on this in our shipping information FAQ.
