Not sure why I got a request to right a review, I've yet to receive the order I placed on 4/4 it's 4/23. I didn't find out until 4/17 that the order was actually delayed. USPS had it listed for delivery yesterday, I'm still waiting on it to be delivered. Maybe this week sometime if I'm lucky

I placed my order two and a half weeks ago and it STILL hasn’t arrived! I can’t even give the product a review because it’s not here! Safe to say I won’t be ordering from this site again.

I didn’t realize it shipped from New Zealand. It’s been 14 days since the actual order time. It should’ve shipped from a facility in the states..By Default. You get what you pay for (free shipping)… Row row row your boat.. you know the rest 🥱 It’s still not Arrived.. They say it requires a signature. I never made that request.. still waiting

Customer service was very frustrating. It took me days to get in touch with anyone and because of that, I couldn’t cancel my order. On this bright side the people were very nice and helpful when I did get in contact with them though.

Great selection, and good prices. It wasn't clear that they ship from New Zealand, so I expected to get my item within a few days and it took more than a week. I actually emailed after a few days that it didn't ship to make sure it arrives in the time frame I needed, and they misled me into thinking I shouldn't cancel my order. Hence the low rating. I may order from them again if I can't find it someplace else or if the price is extremely attractive, but overall they did not really earn my trust.

I can see you emailed us concerned about the dispatch delay, and we advised you had purchased over a 4-day public holiday weekend which meant there were some delays, and we apologized for this and assured you your order would be dispatched within a few hours. We do our best to inform our customers of any potential delays and at the time we had a delay warning onsite and further information on this in our shipping information FAQ. Delivery packaging is not discrete at all, its shipping in a shipping bag, not box or bubble mailer.

They have a huge selection with many toys in all price ranges. Customer service was great the one time we needed them and attempted to make make good on the issue we had. However, I wouldn't purchase from them again. Everything (excluding Satisfyer Pro 2) was cheap, flimsy garbage that should have cost half it's price and probably would have in our local store. We did read reviews before purchasing and almost everything came up short of what we seen. Oh well.. I guess you live and you learn. I won't waste my time here again until I know the specific product and it's considerably cheaper here.

We can see that the SP2 for $39.95 was the highest value item on your orders. So sorry that you weren't happy with your other items. Please always email us if they are in fact faulty.

Device is not shaped to fit all shapes of women. Insert-able section needs to be able to flex/bend easily. Insert-able section is too stiff.

Pretty average quality items received. Items were bought on sale so not too fussed, would not have been worth full price though. Delivery info stated overnight express, which would have meant a Thursday evening delivery. Items didn't arrive until Monday though. Not great, not terrible. Okay service and laybuy is a bonus.

Delivery Bag had rip in it from shipping. So work colleagues could see contents upon delivery. Highly suggest moving to shipping in cardboard boxes in the future to avoid awkward situations like mine. Products were decent and shipping was fast..
