“Terrific variety of products extremely happy with what was purchased plus delivery time was truly exceptional ( 4-5 days delivered to door ). Have purchased from another adult company on the same day and still waiting for delivery it’s been 2 weeks so far and have had no Correspondence from them even after I left them emails regarding my delivery I will definitely be looking at purchasing from this company again in the near future, keep up the excellent work.. “customer service is terrible doesn't check emails much, wait time is over 24hrs or more just to have 1 question answered and when i get email reply back sometimes its rude answer seems the staff don't make an effort to reply back to customers and when the staff does its rude , and no apologies no explanation for late reply seems theres no compassion actually. so terrible service need more staff on to check emails on daily basis if possible”
