“Very very poor delivery service. 2 weeks and still not arrived. Repeated messages from DHL, Auspost and now a courier service all requesting the address which was put in when we ordered. Really disappointed that this was supposed to take 2-3 days. This is to painful to order anything from these guys again.”

HI there - so sorry that there was an issue with the couriers! I can see it was all sent correctly so it must have been a confusion on their end. Glad to see this has since arrived. But we are truly sorry for this unusual delay!
