“I haven't received my goods yet ... I did not realise that they would be coming through Australian customs, originating in New Zealand, or I would not have purchased from you. You should make it clear that the goods are not in Australia!”

We do state on our About Us and Shipping Information FAQ pages that we are based in Wellington, New Zealand. All advertied shipping times are based on this location but I'll make sure your thoughts reach the necessary people and we'll see what we can do to make this clearer on site 🙂

“Not an Australian business despite web address. International transaction fees apply. Delivery times are unrealistic for international delivery. Took 10 days for delivery not the advertised 4. delivered by Australia post but that’s once in Australia. Deceptive company will not use again.”

We do state on our About Us and Shipping Information FAQ pages that we are based in Wellington, New Zealand.
