“Bracelet arrived faulty. When I repost yes the fault and sent photos I was told that that wasn’t the bracelet they sent me?? Appalling customer service. I am still waiting for my free post return so I can get my refund.”

“Excellent products & service, very happy with both our products. “Highly recommended. I have worn a magnetic bracelet for many years to great effect but 2 weeks ago I was experiencing pain in my right hand with 2 fingers locking in the closed position many times a day. I discovered that I had lost my magnetic bracelet so immediately sent for a replacement, problem solved. No more pain or fingers locking up,”

“Bracelet came very quickly. I had to take out two links and the tool provided was helpful, however trying to put the pin back in was not so easy and was not possible to get the pin fully in place.”

“There is absolutely no scientific evidence that coper or magnetism has a positive effect on arthritis, except possibly a slight psychosomatic effect. But I am so keen to get some relief as the problem increases that I am prepared, at a modest cost, to try and get that slight psychosomatic effect (though I doubt that I will).”
