I invested the sum of $ 208,800 worth of Bitcoin with a cryptocurrency company I met online. After a couple of weeks, my initial investment had increased from $208,800 to $392,650. This felt so good as the investment grew rapidly in just a few weeks. I have been sent the wrong colour, I have phoned up and still waiting for replacement bracelet to arrive in the post.

Received bracelet within three days of ordering and it was exactly what I wanted. However, I knew it would be too long and tried removing several links with toolkit provided. I have been unable to alter the length and the toolkit has broken. Cannot remove links.

Tried to order replacement links but because I didn’t have a previous order number my order was cancelled and I was refunded???

Correct: We sell hundreds of bracelets, and we cannot sell Extra Loose Links if we cannot find the previous order - because we need to send the correct links. In this case, the customer refused to tell us the Order Number, and she was not found in our database by name or email postcode. We could not tell which links to send and we cancelled the order and REFUNDED her money.

Not really happy about this bracelet it is a stretch bracelet because the are no spaces between the links if i move it on my arm it nips my skin between the links . I ave given up wearing it and gone back to a very old stretch one I already have . Margaret marsh

Very sad that the bracelet I have used for a few years and now needs 2 extra links in it cannot be extended.

That particular model was replaced with another design about a year ago. Note that when a design is being retired, we keep loose links in stock for extending Links Bracelets for a minimum of 6 months. The reason: Every single request to extent we have had in the last 15 years was no longer than 60 days after purchasing. This is the first extending request for two years old bracelet we have ever had - out of more than 750,000 bracelets sold. So as much as we are sorry to disappoint the customer in that case, we still are proud to have the second to non after-sale service.

I have been wearing the bangle for less than 2 weeks and the gold colour has gone. Not expensive so that's probably why.

I have received the bracelet, which on the whole I am very pleased with, however, I did pay extra to have it wrapped. Unfortunately it wasn’t! So in future IF I WERE TO BUY FROM YOU, I wouldn’t brother with paying the extra for wrapping! Thanks

I ordered a bracelet on the 18th February. I then received an email on the 20th to say it had been despatched first class post. It is now 24th and it still has not arrived.

Order was lost by the Royal Mail, we re-sent it again on with Signed For service (Tracking Number: BY003540565GB).

Last year 18/12/2018 I start to online order the bracelets... Until now today 05/01/2019 I haven't received my bracelets... Before I check Royal mail, the message is leaving UK already... Can let me know when I can received???

you quote 1st class mail haven't received it yet if I get it on Monday it will be 7 days when you state times that's what I expect I was going to order another one but I have had second thoughts
