I had an issue downloading Aloft Air Control on my RC Pro despite visiting multiple forums, help guides, and YouTube videos. Ray and the team at Advexure were able to help me figure it out within a few minutes. AMAZING support!

Advexure is hands down the best in the drone supplier industry. They not only excel in customer satisfaction, exceptional delivery time but there knowledge about the inventory they sell is nothing short of masters of there profession. I’ve been doing buissness with Ray for years. They treat you as if it’s there product, I say that saying this, there after sales service is just as good as the service you receive pre sale. They stay on top of the game, they check in with you if you have issues until the issue is resolved. Easy to do buissness with, stand behind there products and will always have a customer in me. Thanks Team Advexure, your #1 in this ol boys book!

I can't speak highly enough of the support that I received from advexure. I purchased a piece of equipment that failed twice due to a manufacturer defect. The first time the manufacturer replaced it under warranty. The device failed a second time a few months later for the same reason and the manufacturer said that I needed to pay $650 to repair their faulty device. After failing to find a resolution with the manufacturer, advexure stepped in and made the situation right.

My experience thus far with Advexure has been great. They have been super responsive with clear communications. We had a little hiccup with one of our orders but thanks to Matthew O. in fleet support who responded to me after hours he was able to fix the situation immediately. Highly recommend Ray Cruz who has helped our department with all of our purchasing. 10/10 will be doing business with again.

Advexure has been helpful phenomenal in customer service and staying in contacy with us here at the Oconee County Sheriff's Office. Ray answered questions in detail and has always been very professional when we have talked to her. I look forward to a long partnership with Advexure going forward.

I recently purchased a just released drone from Advexure. Advexure discussed my purchase with me, placed me on a waiting list and helped to ensure that I purchased all of the correct accessories. I ended up being one of the first people to receive this newly released drone. Ray Cruz guided me through the whole process and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Advexure as a vendor for personal and professional drone needs.

Adexure assisted our Department in securing accessories for our sUAS. Adexure provided us with a fast quote, was able to accomodate tax empt purchases through a government program, and provided Net terms on the invoice. I also noticed the Adexure team opened our third party product to ensure quality prior to shipping, and marked it with a QC sticker. Fast and secure shipping. Very impressed.

I have purchased roughly $14,000 in drone equipment with advexture with great results, but this last order of $5500 for the 2nd mavic 3t has not been good due to UPS they used to ship my drone. I contacted UPS and paid $14.99 to have my drone shipped to an alternate address and spoke with them on the phone to make sure all was good with the address switch and they assured me it would arrive the next day. I took off work because a signature is required and missed a days union scale wage and the package did not come. Lost over 300 in wages and $14.99 to UPS on the first day. After hours on the phone and speaking to multiple people was told it would arrive the next day to my preferred address even though it was showing up as to be delivered to a local access point but was instructed and assured that the tracking was not updated correctly and it would in fact be delivered to my preferred address and to ignore the Access Point and i had to be there to sign for it. I did and it didn't show again but was delivered to the Access Point. Now that's 2 days of missed union wages over $600.00 and another $14.99 charge from UPS. So now I'm out of pocket around $650.00 on free shipping from Advexture and Ups has not stopped making multiple charges of $14.99 to my credit card. I have multiple emails and recorded audio of all interactions with UPS and Advexure. Advexure advised the obvious and dispute the extra UPS charges which I already did. I personally feel Advexure should lean on UPS to reimburse me for my lost wages and extra charges.

Our team strives to ensure smooth, reliable service and worked diligently to address the issues that arose when you chose to reroute your shipment through UPS. We offered multiple avenues to support you—including guidance on disputing the extra UPS fees and providing a no-cost return option for your activated drone, even though it fell outside our typical policy. Ultimately, you decided to keep the aircraft. We do sympathize with the frustration you faced, but as we explained, these challenges resulted from UPS’s handling of your reroute request, and we are unable to dispute lost wages with them on your behalf.

We used Advexure on two occasions; the first for a simple replacement order, the second for a large order of two new units for our fleet. I dealt with Cody, who was the epitome of professional, prompt, and personable. Their customer service was a level far beyond what I could have ever expected and frankly, better than any other business I have ever dealt with. Hands down, they will be my first call when we have needs in the future.
