“Purchased a remote ID beacon. Arrived on time with a personal email stating, if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. I ended up sending an email about something other than the beacon and they were prompt in answering. Great customer service, would purchase from them again.”

“Great customer service fast shipper only issue I did not know it was going to be mailed signature required to receive. Had to chase it down and pick up at a drop off location the next day to get it 🙁🙁”

“I've placed 5-6 calls to speak to someone in sales. Every time I get recommended to send an email to get faster service as no one is available to help. This seems like a great company with a good understanding of the technology. But I've sent 3 emails and placed 5 calls between November 30, 2023 and now and still am waiting on a response. Happy to change my tune but I'd be really concerned about product or tech support based on this experience.”

“I have purchased several high end drones from multiple dealers over the last 2 years however the last few have been through Advexure and I will never go elsewhere. I always send everyone to them that ask me where to buy DJI products as well. My top pitching points I always mention about Advexure is they are in the USA, they are an authorized dealer, they have unbelievable customer service including in house tech's to troubleshoot any issues you may have with drones, they have items in stock when other dealers are on backorder, fast shipping, and they have always had the best prices for the items I purchased. “Advexure's staff are amazing to work with. We placed our order and it was shipped ahead of schedule! The training for these drones and accessories is also top-notch. The sales staff and office staff are extremely knowledgeable, especially in the realm of public safety! Their outside salesman for our area is an experienced drone operator with numerous hours of public safety flights. So, he can share with us what works and what doesn't in the field. They listen to what your needs are and tailor your needs with the appropriate equipment. Not only that, they also train you on how to deploy this equipment efficiently and effectively, so that you are not scrambling during an emergency! I highly recommend Advexure for your drone and mapping needs!”

“Not only was I new to the drone world, but I was last minute with all of my orders.
