The product I purchased is clearly noted as eligible for return on their website, but when I tried to return the item, I was informed that they were NOT willing to accept a return. Feels misleading and dishonest to me.

I have purchased roughly $14,000 in drone equipment with advexture with great results, but this last order of $5500 for the 2nd mavic 3t has not been good due to UPS they used to ship my drone. I contacted UPS and paid $14.99 to have my drone shipped to an alternate address and spoke with them on the phone to make sure all was good with the address switch and they assured me it would arrive the next day. I took off work because a signature is required and missed a days union scale wage and the package did not come. Lost over 300 in wages and $14.99 to UPS on the first day. After hours on the phone and speaking to multiple people was told it would arrive the next day to my preferred address even though it was showing up as to be delivered to a local access point but was instructed and assured that the tracking was not updated correctly and it would in fact be delivered to my preferred address and to ignore the Access Point and i had to be there to sign for it. I did and it didn't show again but was delivered to the Access Point. Now that's 2 days of missed union wages over $600.00 and another $14.99 charge from UPS. So now I'm out of pocket around $650.00 on free shipping from Advexture and Ups has not stopped making multiple charges of $14.99 to my credit card. I have multiple emails and recorded audio of all interactions with UPS and Advexure. Advexure advised the obvious and dispute the extra UPS charges which I already did. I personally feel Advexure should lean on UPS to reimburse me for my lost wages and extra charges.

We offered multiple avenues to support you—including guidance on disputing the extra UPS fees and providing a no-cost return option for your activated drone, even though it fell outside our typical policy. Ultimately, you decided to keep the aircraft. We do sympathize with the frustration you faced, but as we explained, these challenges resulted from UPS’s handling of your reroute request, and we are unable to dispute lost wages with them on your behalf.

I've placed 5-6 calls to speak to someone in sales. Every time I get recommended to send an email to get faster service as no one is available to help. This seems like a great company with a good understanding of the technology. But I've sent 3 emails and placed 5 calls between November 30, 2023 and now and still am waiting on a response. Happy to change my tune but I'd be really concerned about product or tech support based on this experience.
