“Prompt and efficient. Two hours after phone call an engineer was assessing my problem and advising me of the solution. 3 hours after phone call I had a television working better than ever before.”

“Completed the job however did not confirm what aerial before starting the job. Wanted to mention about aerial for the bedroom. After it was then fitted I mentioned and he said signal wouldn’t be good running two televisions off of he basic aerial. So therefore would have had a different aerial before it was fitted.”

“Service was prompt. Engineer was helpful and re-alligned my dish apparently accurately. Unfortunately I still get dropouts when the dish gets wet on certain channels, which may be a different problem, but I don't know.”
