“I phoned and within 1 hour an engineer came took my old dish down and replaced it with my new one, works great a competitively priced Would definitely recommend.”

“Had an engineer called Vinnie. Tried to get on the roof and fix the dish. Is a very very high install, lots of engineers struggle. Reception was poor due to trees, so he cleverly decided to attach it to a wall at the front of the house - bingo - perfect reception.”

“I have left my testimonial on the website, but to reiterate: Ben turned up at 915 - nearly two weeks before Sky could manage. He was thoroughly professional, helpful and patient. I was impressed by the follow up call . I have already recommended aerialforce to a friend.”

“Despite promising a same day service and that someone would be out before 6pm they cancelled at 4.15 as they were “running behind”. We had cancelled everything this afternoon to accommodate this. They offered to reschedule for another day but am not prepared to take another half day from work as they are not reliable.”

“Made call in evening, James Molloy the engineer was at my door first thing next morning, explained the issue re nosignal, went about his business, old ariel, fixing brackets and cable were donkeys years old, replaced the whole lot in double quick time, highly recommended. Thank You”

“I booked this company on the Tuesday, specifically for Sat. I was told the engineer would be with me between 8-1. I called at 12.45 to be told the engineer was running late and he would telephone me 30 minutes before turning up. 2.45 I called again to ask if I would definitely get a visit that day as I had waited in all morning, to be told again the engineer would call me. Finally at 4.50 Aerial Force called to say their engineer would not be coming as he was on another job!! I would not recommend this company!”

“A quick response and a quick fix. Next day a new aerial and booster fitted. Did think it was a bit expensive but sometimes it's necessary. Engineer was good and informative.”
