“Very pleasant and knowledgeable engineer quickly traced my problem and carried out the fix all for a very reasonable call-out charge. Whats more he was with me the same day I placed the call. What's not to like?”

“Engineer arrived on time. Diagnosed problem as being the skybox. Installed an older sky box of mine which was working okay when he left. Switched tv on in the evening but screen showed technical fault and channels unavailable. Spoke to customer services next morning and asked for a call back to talk me through the problem. Still waiting....... It probably is a further problem with this second box but a response would have been nice.”

“Phoned for an engineer at 11.30 am on Saturday as we were getting no signal message when installing another freesat box. Was told would be with us by 6 pm and the diagnostic cost £59 plus Vat and usually the problem is found. Engjneer Kev phoned about 4.45 pm saying he would be with us in half an hour. He was and quickly identified and solved the problem. Well done Kev and ArielForce. Would highly recommend.”

“As advertised the same day service was very helpful and Adrian, the Aerialforce engineer, was knowledgeable and very helpful. The problem being experienced was resolved and good advise provided on how to get the best TV reception in the poor reception area we live in.”

“I had a tv put on the wall, with a bracket and had the eye attachment so hide away my sky box. Wanted the wires hidden, said too messy if behind wall, so had the strip. Glad had done, but thought £234 was expensive. Wish had looked around on offers first.”
