I thought the price for just fixing my aerial conniection in my Orranger was so expensive £360 I really think we have been rip off the lad who came was so sorry but that is what he said it would cost

After Sky advised me that their engineer would not be available for two weeks I was amazed that Aerialforce could attend the following day day. Ben duly arrived at 915. I was very impressed by his attitude and his quiet professionalism.He was very patient in explaining our problem and the solution. I would thoroughly recommend him. I was also impressed by the follow up call the following day. An all-round impressive performance.

Very good service, came the same day, found the problem and fixed it. Just thought it was a bit expensive! The engineer was pleasant and knew his job, and took his shoes off before going up my stairs. I would recommend you to my friends and family without shadow of a doubt. The engineer is called Ashley.

Andy very helpful and quickly did the job. Diagnostic charge of £49 + VAT is essentially a call out charge, even though I had explained to head office what the problem was, and needed to get a new pole and aerial. But very happy with the result and price. Only criticism is that I didn't get a call 30 minutes before he was due.

I can’t recommend this company, and the engineer, Darren, enough! They came out within the hour on NEW YEARS EVE, to change the Sky dish installation so the Sky engineer could connect my new Sky Q box as my old box was faulty. Fantastic service from a very friendly engineer in super quick time. Thank you all so much. One New Year saved!

Had real issues with signal strength and emailed aerialforce that night. They sent an Engineer (David) the following day. The most knowledgeable, helpful and friendly person one could wish for. David resolved the issues, explained in detail the problems and potential on-going problems with the advent of 5G and didn't leave until the system was thoroughly tested. I am really pleased with AerialForce and with David in particular. Thank you so much. Would have no problem recommending AerialForce to anyone.

Didn’t even show up and that was after receiving a call to say they would come between 11am and 5pm and would phone half an hour before coming! What a waste of a day!

I am not sure how you have achieved the rating you have. Are they all true I have to ask myself. You engineer what booked and arrived as planned. Did some work then offered to fit a splitter that was already attached. Already meaning the original was cut off by the engineer then offered to fit a splitter for £40 on top of the £70 charged. This is for a pensioner who he thought perhaps would be an easy touch. But how wrong. You have been given the opportunity to correct this but have declined. So as you know the next steps are proceedings. Trading standards to start with. Laws of trading.

Didn’t show up to do the job even after I called them twice on the day of installation to confirm they were still coming. Wasted my day. Hopeless.

Booked an appointment and they never showed up even after I phoned twice on the morning of the job to ask if they were still coming. Can’t rate them low enough as they didn’t even arrive to do the job they signed up for. Wasted my day. Hopeless.

I am happy and the gentleman who came to mount my tv was lovely. But the prices you guys charge are ridiculous!!!!!!! £200 call it for something so basic. When I called up the person I spoke said it would be £140. Then it ended up being way more which was upsetting.

Fast response, engineer came out the next day, did me a great price & was very helpful when it came to booking him for the work as I had to wait for Jan pay day. Extremely nice & polite engineer.

Very greatful for them coming out Xmas eve with very short notice was out within a hour n half sorted the problem straight away very pleased with friendly helpful engineer .definitely recommend

The engineer was great. Took 3 cancelled trips by Aerialforce before he actually came. But fixed aerial in no time at all when he finally came out.
