“As I needed the floor space, we decided to search for a company who could supply and fit a tv bracket. for our 50inch tv set. the engineer ( Adrian ) was very helpfull. and an all round nice friendly chap, he went that extra mile to help. knowing nothing about how to do this job it was money well spent. cheers adrian , we are all very happy, I wish we had done this long ago its just what was needed.”

“Great service from start to end. Called up late yesterday, was given a quote and given next day installation with a morning timeframe for TV wall mount, the lady on the phone had a lovely phone manner. Ahmad our engineer arrived and was very helpful in helping us decide where to put the TV. He spent loads of time and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. Our engineer was brilliant and I would definitely recommend this company.”

“Unprofessional, brusque, tv went wrong, refused to come back,after many calls from me. Meant to replace larger tv in place of my smaller one, needed new bracket, overpriced, And went off with my old bracket which was still servicable, as I wanted smaller tv putting in a bedroom. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ONLY INTERESTED IN MONEY, no service. Minus - zero stars”

“Very poor service. Engineer left property after “completing” the job but within hours we had the same signalling problem. Company refused to resend engineer out unless we paid full amount again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are competitive but I now see why. Engineer was in a rush , couldn’t be bothered and provided a very poor unprofessional service. TERRIBLE”

“Had a simple job, refit the aerial and post to the chimney. The service was efficient, however, the price was far too high. I was charged £60 for a piece of equipment which retails at £10 ! Then parts of the old bracket were reuse, not new and the old cable and the off cuts from the new were left on the drive.”

“Very expensive, roof tiles damaged and company took no responsibility. Have to wait in all day as not able to say if am/ pm appointment. When waiting for a post service call waited all day and no phone call to advise they were on their way. Would not recommend”

“Scott our engineer was so helpful as he fitted a new Ariel for a sick relative of mine and i live 50 miles away.all done over the phone, I can not speak highly enough of his professionalisms, i will use them anytime 5 star service and prices.”

“Can't comment on their service as they didn't bother to show up. Appointment booked for between 2pm and 6pm. I got a call when out to say the engineer was in my area at 10:15am while I was out. I said I could be home at 11:00am and duly got home to wait. Subsequent call received at 5pm to say the engineer couldn't make it and asking me to reschedule. Not a chance. I'm not interested in using a company with such poor attention to customer service.”

“An excellent service with immediate response by telephone after I had made a booking appointment online. Engineer arrived within the time stated and was polite and friendly and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. I will definitely recommend Aerial Force.”

“As promised, received a phone call 30 minutes before Darren Gearey arrived! I explained problem and he checked the signal readings on meter, in bedroom and loft, where aerial is, and also in living room to see if there was any difference. As there was so little difference, he checked the cable and the one we had was rubbish!! So, he fitted new cable carefully round room and the tv now works perfectly! Very fair price and very pleasant engineer. Thank you!”

“Two really key factors to this negative review. 1) the TV mounting service was quoted to be twice the price of the TV itself, £550 to mount a TV. 2) the chap who came along tried to explain to us our already owned bracket wasn’t fit for purpose (it is as another person done the work with no problem) but instead the ArielForce chap tried to explain we needed to purchase a bracket from him. He was unhelpful, rude and ignorant to our ask. Extremely poor service and I really recommend you think twice before reaching out to this company.”

“Had them round for two very simple jobs, one to sort a poor feed to a TV then the other to run a new cable round the house to a new TV in a garden room. The price quoted was reasonable given the work involved. Engineer left everything was working but half an hour later had to ring and get him back. When he returned next day he obviously wasn't happy at being called back but identified the problem which was the TV itself but why he didn't spot this the day earlier I don't know. When he left I said thank you and he just walked out of the house not even saying goodbye so obviously has an attitude problem. Today none of my TVs work so I now have to find another company to rectify the issue at extra cost.”

“Accepted a booking. Over a two week period they twice rescheduled. Finally an engineer turned up and then spoke to his company and they told me that they didn't want to do the work which in itself was not difficult. It involved running two pieces of coaxial cable and to two adjoining cottages which had been explained in the original instruction.”
