“Very fast service, enquired on Sunday Monday morning for a call an engineer will be with you today, Stuart turned up on time and was very helpful, advised what we would need and exactly how much it would cost and did the work, checked everything was working before he left and was tidy as he worked no problems good service”

“Happy with the engineer, nice and friendly and sorted the problem in no time. However I was advised of the likely cost if certain extra work was to be done, but wasn't told that the work was being carried out there and then! I literally did not have time to think or discuss the likely cost. I thought it was just a quote now they had found the fault. In all honesty I couldn't afford it but it was too late, the work had been done and I somehow had to foot the bill. Nice chap, but the whole process seemed very pushy and now out of pocket at Christmas.”
