“From a 12.30 phone call arranging an appointment to the aerial being fitted by 3.30 was a fantastic service. Engineer phoned before arrival, got on with the job, cleared up and packed away. Was very polite, courteous and professional. Lovely bloke.”

“Engineer turned up at my new house knowing I potentially had no tv for Christmas so no choice. I didn’t have a comparison quote to compare and when he stated there were issues with connections in my loft stated it would be £300 to do the job, although provisional quote from company was £149. He put the dish up in a position he suggested and as part of that needed extra cabling plus extra labour apparently at £85 per hour! He then left site. When I connected my tv and system up I had no signal! The engineer returned the next day to change LMB for correct one then checked some channels then left again. That evening we found half the channels missing still so when the Sky engineer came out he pointed out that only one of the two satellite feeds were connected. He also pointed out the external cable joins that will undoubtedly have moisture ingress. When I explained this to the “senior engineer” the same one that did the installation, during his snotty phone call to me on Boxing Day he said he’d done as I asked??!! Although the only consultation was on the job overall. But it’s ok he’s put tape around it!! Completely overpriced rip off company! And funnily enough not registered with the regulatory body and warned to steer clear of by all other local aerial companies! Do not use!”

“From the moment our engineer Darren Geary came over to give us a quote, I knew that I wanted him to do the work for me. I booked and even though it was a couple of days before Christmas, they were able to do the work for me and at a weekend in the morning. They keep in touch so you know when they’ll arrive which was excellent. Darren Geary who did our aerial Was so good -pouring with rain and out on the roof -also careful to take his shoes off in the house. He was excellent, friendly and couldn’t have done more to make our experience perfect.”

“It was great to get a new aerial installed before Christmas. However, I was quoted £129 plus VAT. When the engineer came, I got charged £234.00. I was disgusted with the price, but had to have it done before Christmas. So I am unhappy.”
