“I got the service I booked (installing my sky dish as sky wouldn't do it as it needed to go on the roof). However I was given a price and I checked 3 times this would be the price and there would be no extras on the day and I was told no. However I ended up paying over twice as much as I was quoted because I had to pay for some brackets, which clearly were always going to be required...”

“I wasn't very impressed by Barrie. He didn't explain the problem we had with the cabelling at our property very clearly, and said it would have to be fixed by the people who installed our fibre optic broadband (it seems they used the wrong cable, which has now put our TV out of action). He seemed very keen to leave as soon as possible. He quoted us £170 for a new aerial install, and then 2 mins later increase this estimate to £300. Then Barrie charged us a £50+VAT call out fee and left. I would not recommend Barrie.”

“I rang for a quote for new satellite for European channels and they said they could have someone with me that same Saturday afternoon to quote and do the work there and then if I wanted. I had a call to advise the time, the guy was friendly and took time to go through my options, and got the work done quickly. So from phone call to having everything set up was a matter of hours, and on a weekend. Great service”

“I telephoned the company at 8.15 am and someone was with me by 10am. Very good service. The chap was very friendly, showed me the different signal qualities and where the problem was. It did cost more than I expected but he replaced the booster and put a tv on the wall with the correct bracket as mine was wrong so job done .”

“Had a courtesy call before hand, worker arrived promptly. He was friendly and showed me everything he was going to do. He worked quickly and efficiently and even took off the old disused equipment.”

“Fitted my aerial well, with the installer clearly knowing his onions. Added extra support and even tidied some of the roof up..very good. Would have rated excellent but the final price was much higher than initial over the phone price..”

“First of all, I was very impressed by the speed of response to my initial inquiry. Les than 24 hours. However there were a couple of glitches in arranging an appointment, but by the 3rd one on Monday, which the installer arrived early things were much better. He gave me an acceptable quote and installed the aerial. This took him about an hour. He cleaned up after himself, plus he took his shoes off before entering our house to connect our TV to the aerial. My wife was very impressed by this. So overall I would give your service 9 out of 10, and your installer 10 out of 10.”
