“We've used aerial force twice before, so confident we'd get good service. This time needed sky dish moving due to scaffolding blocking signal. Bruce arrived same day, unfortunately it was dark by then so he couldn't complete job due to H&S restrictions, climbing on the roof. However he came back 0700 the next day and job was done quickly and professionally.”

“I rang in the morning about my problem and an engineer came within a couple of hours. He was very professional and pleasant. I can only say that the service was excellent.”

“Friendly engineer, arrived as promised and problem was solved in a timely manner. Competitive pricing to alternative companies. Overall good experience. Based on other reviews I guess its regional on the service you get. Personally I have been very impressed.”

“John the engineer was brilliant, can’t fault him or the company. I submitted a request on Friday and someone rang me back within minutes and booked the job in for the very next day. The next day we received a phone call from our engineer apologising but he had been stuck at another job, he came first thing the next day and rang us to let us know he was 15 minutes away. He was polite did a great job and our dog loved him 🤩”

“Fix was good BUT the cost of parts which priced at £1.99 from B&.Q. Prices at £15 by your company. For exactly the same parts I bought .”

“I didn’t feel that the guy wanted the job. Also website says £75 for installation of new dish and over the phone was told £150 and when he came I was told another price £216 rip off that is what came into my mind.”
