“Jamie gave a fantastic service today. My parents were having a problem with their Sky and I was able to arrange for him to visit and diagnose and resolve the problem all with the assurance of a fixed price beforehand. He was courteous and efficient.”

“Arranged for the engineer to visit on Saturday 2-6pm, received a phone call at 4:30 to say engineer won’t make it today. So decided to re arrange for Sunday AM, time was meant to be 8-12. Get a phone call at 10:50 to say the engineer has called sick and they can’t attend. Absolute joke and wasted half of my weekend planning around the engineer coming out.”

“Arrived on time, knew what the issue was right away. And give us the option to get a good signal and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Was very polite and respectful of our house.”

“Excellent response, called at 8:30am & Danny arrived at 11am. He fixed the issue within 15 minutes & made sure the TV was working ok. Only thing stopping a higher rating was the price @ £250. Initial quote was £59 plus vat & parts. It would have been helpful to know how much the parts would cost, especially as the fault was a common one apparently.”

“Very happy, the engineer Russell was excellent. Clearly assessed what needed to be done. Explained his thinking well and checked everything was working after installation. Provided good advice about a set top box.”
