Our engineer Dave Martin was brilliant and everything works perfectly so far... Upon arriving he suggested replacing our aerial with a newer model although we did wonder whether it was a marketing ploy by the company to charge us more than we were initially quoted.

Man that came was very nice but didn't explain how much it would be before he carried out the work so it went from been £49 to £149 and he's messed my sky to up stairs so I've had to call him back hopefully to fix it as it was working fine before he came

2 visits £60 an £35 and issue not fixed. 2nd company turned up. Same diagnostic outcome but fixed both issues on spot. One damp aerial connection and one faulty aerial box. Very pleasant chap but it could have been fixed on first visit. 3rd visit requested, noone turned up and or confirmed like they said they would at time of request hence having to get another company in. So wasted time and money twice.

Guy came to give me a quote was happy to go ahead, he did the job straight away took about an hour. Sorted all 4 of my television ariels out very happy thank you

I needed a Ariel removed quickly. I telephoned the company and the Ariel was removed with two hours. Fast, speedy service, competitively priced.

Engineer always seemed to be in a hurry, and had to make a return visit to improve reception by re-directing the aerial he fitted on the first visit,which he fitted to existing pole in my attic space. On his second visit he removed the aerial to find a better signal strength, but could`nt find the time to use more than 1 loose screw when moving bracket and pole to better location, and so left the assembly dangling. I have screwed the bracket in place but without the meter used to gain optimum signal strength, it may still not be in position for best performance. You may care to send a different fitter to check the job is properly completed, of course without any charge in consideration of the high cost already paid to have the job completed on the first visit. Would then be pleased to give a `VERY GOOD` recommended review rating. Yours, Mr D. Robinson. Invoice number 410124.

When I booked for a visit to get a quote, the engineer called to let me know he was on the way. He arrived and i was very impressed by his helpfulness and knowledge. Once I had decided on what I needed, it didn't take him long to fit the aerial. Once done, he made sure everything was tuned in and working.

Hi The gentleman that fitted our new Ariel and two new extensions to the back rooms. Was very good. And checked both televisions were working. Unfortunately he disconnected the one form the old Ariel that was going into our living room. And did not reconnect it. We did not notice this until Sunday afternoon. This could have been because i never mentioned the one in the room. Has i just thought he would automatically but that one back on. We have virgin in the living room.And that is why i didn't notice it was not working.

The engineer was very unprofessional did not carry out any diagnostic test and was very quick to over charge us for the work he did not do. Would not recommend to anyone.
