“On contacting Aerielforce I found them very helpful and cheaper than other quotes. I was informed the work I required could be dealt with the same day and I would be contacted half an hour before the workman would arrive. Within the hour I was contacted again and Sean duly arrived and the job was completed both efficiently and without any hitches. I would recommend this Company to anyone”

“The aerial person should have first tested my aerial with his test kit to verify if there signal quality. The cable had some water, he should have dried it and tested it. Instead, he went straight to the roof and said the aerial on the roof needed replacement. He replaced the aerial and my freeview still did NOT work, because it was the tv aerial connection that was damaged. I feel conned, if he had at least tested my initial aerial and verified it did not work, that service would have more satisfactory.”

“First contact made via e-mail late Thursday night then they rang me the next morning (Friday). Appointment booked for Saturday. I received a phone call on Saturday morning checking I still required an visit and an hour later an engineer arrived. He very quickly worked out what was wrong, quoted and carried out the necessary work. All in all I am happy to recommend and would not hesitate to use them again.”

“Their installer (Pete) was very good, left everything neat and tidy, and didn’t stop! Also, they came when they said they would and rang to let me know they were on their way. All round, an excellent service.”

“Phoned for an appointment in the morning came out that afternoon Graig who was the engineer was very polite and chatty I explained what wanted the quote he gave was very reasonable so agreed for him to carry out the work which he was very efficient and tidy I would highly recommend to all A’s I’d definitely would use again 😀”

“Outstanding service, explained all the options and tested new equipment prior to leaving. Only negative was cost of equipment which could have been purchased for £130 less on web. That said, when you factor in the service and that a new aerial would have been more expensive, I was very happy with the service and would use again.”
