“Brilliant service. Very happy with the way the work was carried out, an also had a discount. Phoned in Saturday an had someone out on Sunday morning. A guy called Ricky he was good an done the job perfect. thanks will be using this company again In the future”

“Terrible company. Awful customer service. They let me down 3 times! I advised them that I needed an appointment Friday before 11am as I had a funeral to go to. Engineer called me at 10.15 saying he would be an hour so we had to cancel. I called them and booked an appointment for the Saturday (the next day). They said I would be the 1st appointment around 8am. I called them at 9am as no one had turned up and they had no record of my appointment. I complained and they said they would send someone at 5pm. Called them at 4pm to check the 5pm appointment was still OK. It wasn't! Apparently the engineer was stuck on a job, but didn't bother to call me to advise me. Awful service and I do not recommend them at all. I changed other appointments to wait in for them, disgusting service.”

“James came and rectified a recurring problem with a booster box which was installed a couple of weeks ago. He was very polite, thorough and couldn’t do enough to help. We would recommend you on the basis of his service. Thank you. Yvette Huxstep”

“The guy was very clear a little pushy, probably what I needed tbh but still professional. Great job but I'd expect that with the cost. They are a higher end cost. The service and prompt response and communication was excellant.”

“We’ve had two other ‘so called experts’ out before and nothing has worked. The signal went blank in the middle of a film and I lost the first 11 channels AGAIN! At 1am I booked an engineer online. Dominic was with us 12 hours later and very quickly diagnosed a very easily rectifiable problem. He definitely knew his stuff. I’m so happy that a long suffered problem has gone and didn’t cost £100’s to fix. Thank you.”

“Had a CCTV fitted 6 months ago, on the advice from the police, £799 Keeps crashing can’t log in, they say we have to pay £85 plus Vat, poor service,passing the buck, don’t use them, now seeking leagal advice”

“Arrived at time was agreed, Ashley was very professional, explained everything about aerials and was told wouldn’t need any extra for kids rooms , everything sorted in an hour very clean and tidy , would certainly recommend him to family and friends”

“Dom our engineer in Bristol was a great help and provided a friendly service. Due to his willingness to provide advice and helpfulness we decided there and then to go with him. We have therefore recommended his services to all the other families in the new development.”
