“We had the installation postponed twice, due to pressure of work, which was irritating, but on Day 3, Arron the engineer did a great job and was helpful, pleasant and considerate. He left everything neat and tidy and even swept up - an excellent service!”

“I was due to have satellite dish recited on 28th sept, said they will call 30 mins before visit. I missed their call At 10am as I was taking another call. I immediately called back, told I’d be next. At 1pm I called them to reschedule to 29th sept as I needed to go out. I Waited in all day on 29th sept, at 4pm they called saying they can’t fit me in so could they come 30th. Agreed afternoon visit on 30th. At 4pm on 30th i took a call they said they can’t fit me in again and would I wait until next day. I said NOT A CHANCE!!”

“Endless amounts of phone calls. 6 missed calls in one day, however, engineer was early for the appointment, very nice and knowledgable. Haven’t used the new aerial point yet but should be working!”

“Went to online chat Sat morning. Rec’d a callback within the hour. Said they’d try to get engineer out to us same day (up to 6pm) but rang me back about 4pm to say sorry - job engineer is on will take until 8pm, so it wd be the following day. Engineer arrived early afternoon on a Sun and replaced our damaged aerial with a better, up-to-date product. Polite, friendly and efficient- I couldn’t fault any aspect of our experience.”

“Spencer was fantastic explained every thing very well did a great job cleaned up after his work Now we have a great reception and can access all the 70 channels!!! We could only watch 3 before he sorted out our problem Wonderful job can't praise him enough Many thanks sheila Jackson”

“Excellent service all round. Engineer came out within 2 days and could have been one if I was available. Received a call the night before to give me a 1 hour time slot. Engineer turned up on time, explained what needed done and how much it would cost. Gave the go ahead to mount the tv on the wall and "Gareth" completed the job in about half an hour. Very friendly and very efficient, would recommend to anyone.”

“Joel was quick at installing the aerial in the loft, as I requested. He did check the signal up there and he said it was a good signal. Jake was fab at keeping communication prior, as we needed to rearrange the booking due to high winds. Finally after 10 months of in our new build we can ‘normal’ channels. I would use again! 100% thanks lads 🙏”
