“This is the worse company in UK for ripping people off! Don't be fooled by free estimates because it ain't free. If you ask for estimate you get ripped £50.00! Your company won't get anywhere so don't ask or use this company”

“One wall mounted TV removed, and replaced with a new one. The work was fine, but I was very surprised that the amount quoted on the phone, and again at the start of the visit, did NOT include Vat, and there was no mention of this. So the final bill was higher than expected, and I felt conned.”

“Pete the engineer turned up at the agreed time, and is a neat and tidy worker. We have moved from Kent to Manchester, and had two TVs and recorders to retune. This he did very quickly, and showed me how to do this in case I want to change TV and/recorders in the future. I would use AerialForce again.”

“My job was a simple one basically screwing a bracket on the wall and hanging a TV on it. The Engineer did a tidy job and the set is working on free view.he gave me some advise on viewing options, i have now ordered a Sky mini box to extend sky to the new set.”

“Too many calls wanting to make appointments, then make them earlier, then keep the original time, then to advise that engineer is an hour away....we were moving into our new home and I didn’t have the time for so much hassle. We had an appointment, stick to it and turn up on time! Engineer finally arrived and assessed what was required. Job was completed the easy way and we have a TV signal.”

“Excellent service from initial phone enquiry to completion of work. Clear, straightforward pricing structure...all explained well in advance. Diagnostic visit arranged for following day. Upon arrival quote was given, accepted, and the work completed in same visit.....very impressed ! Courteous, professional fitter....a refreshing change to be told in detail exactly what needed doing and why.... Extremely competitive prices and great value for money. Simple card payment by phone. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”
