“I was disappointed with the misleading advertising of this product. Words like 'natural' and 'non-toxic' are used prominently, but upon closer inspection, the house mist contains ingredients known to be potential endocrine disruptors. I purchased it in a hurry from Whole Foods, trusting the claims made on the packaging. Unfortunately, I experienced an allergic reaction shortly after using it at home. This is what you write about your fragrances on the website "We've worked hard on developing the 5-star fragrances you've all grown to love! Combining the best of Science & Nature to craft our unique fragrance blends using naturally derived essential oils and non-toxic fragrance oils to create our distinct range of scents" While I understand that many brands include synthetic ingredients in their fragrances, they usually don’t market them as 'natural' or 'non-toxic.' It’s misleading to make these claims if the product doesn’t fully align with them. I hope this feedback encourages more transparency about the ingredients used.”

“I must say, the scent is truly enchanting and irreplaceable. However, I was disappointed to find that the fragrance oil did not last as long as I had hoped. Even after replacing the diffuser sticks within two months, the scent was difficult to disperse. This has somewhat affected my overall experience with the product.”

“There was a problem with a candle I was given for my birthday, and Jemma at Aery could not have been more helpful! She was so helpful and friendly, replied quickly and sorted out a replacement for me as soon as it came back in stock, even though I didn't have the receipt. “The products are divine. I always struggle to find a diffuser I can actually smell in a large room and this is the best I hade found. All the scents are beautiful and candle bur great. I had an issue with a damaged diffuser and the customer service was great.They have a number you can actually speak to someone on and they sent me a new one straight away.”

“I received excellent customer service regarding my first order from Aery. The team were great to deal with and speedy to respond. I ordered two diffusers and they smell wonderful, great quality and easy to use. I will definitely order from this company again. I found them through a recommendation from a friend’s Interior designer and when I entered her new house it smelt like a luxury hotel and I’m now enjoying the same.”
