“I went to purchase some solar vinyl fence posts lights, first thing when you go on their website there is a 30% discount " use spring 24 deals " well, it DOES NOT WORK ! next I found the light I wanted and the description says "GOTHIC", ( pointed arches ), "SOLAR", I look at the ad and here is the GOTHIC SOLAR light with a square base below it (that sits on fence then the light is twisted on to that !!!!! I ordered 52 of them and they sent me the square base only ( bate and switch )... I called the company and they told me the it was an error on their part and would have to get back to me to get a return label sent to me a week later and nothing !!! I called BBB and they got them to finally send me a return label, ( 3 weeks later ) !!!! well its been 7 weeks now and still no refund !!!!! PEOPLE, DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY !!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS”

“Advertised $440 lamp at 50% discount. Contacted me two weeks later and said they made a mistake and wanted another $110 for the lamp (even though it still said the lamp was on sale for $220 on their website). Classic bait and switch. Buyer beware.”

“I was promised to receive the fixture within a month. It never came so I called them. I never got a response, to 4 messages, so I had to drive back there from 30 minutes away to speak to someone. They promised it would come in two months. Again, I left messages with no response. Now it is 4 months later and they are closed for the week. I understand back orders; the systems are still recovering from COVID. I DO NOT understand refusing to respond to your messages; that is unprofessional. I am concerned that I will never see my light fixture or my money back. This is NO WAY to run a business”

“I ordered a lamp, and have been trying to get an estimated delivery time. You can't reach a person and they don't return telephone calls or emails. Of course they charged my credit card the day I placed the order. I'll be reversing the charge on my credit card today.”

“Ordered a black pole and was given a specified lead time. The pole came is the wrong color and I was told I would have had to wait another month to receive the correct order. This was unacceptable.”

“The Famous Lamp Company trading as Affordable lighting sent me £185.00 stag light which was bought on the 28th of November via paypal, it took four weeks to arrive and when it did it was broken. Phoned them up and was told I could I glue it rather than send back they would offer me a 20 % discount , I accepted this which was a mistake as they have never returned my money , or any of my emails , I glued the light together but can clearly still see the break absolutely disgusted that they can do this, just warning other people if light arrives broken SEND IT BACK ! Mrs Adele Proctor”

“The item we ordered arrived and was very badly damaged, the item was in 2 boxes. The internal box that held the item was cleat very badly damaged and and responsible retailer who cares about customer service would have checked the time before sending on to a customer. I took photos of the item and damage box to which I was told they were out of rock and would need to order more. It is clear that the item I received was the last they had and they just sent it to me in terrible condition rather than ordering any more in. Poor customer service but selling lovely items - will wait and see if I ever receive a replacement.”

“I was very disappointed in the quality of this product for the price at which it is offered. The light fixture was light-weight and flimsy. I will be returning it to purchase a more solid product at a cheaper price elsewhere.”
