“The customer service was very efficient. There was a problem which was my fault. They got in touch immediately and I was able to resolve it,using their online chat. My phone came quickly and was delivered when they said it would be The price was a lot cheaper than other phone providers”

“Surprised by all the negative reviews. I ordered 2 phones on 2 separate occasions. Yes, I did have a problem with the first phone but that was down to dpd , aff mobiles sorted the issue out. Both my kids hot what they wanted at a very good price.”

“Wasn't looking on purchasing new phone but affordablemobile.co.uk had good offer so I took it. Only issue was the mobile wasn't available in warehouse for next delivery so I had to wait extra 3days for next day delivery. Customers service centre were friendly and happy to help to solve the matter out. Thanks”
