“I always received answers within minutes. Nevertheless, as soon as we paid we did not get any answer for the next steps or any confirmation by now. I am worried regardind my hard earned money! Hope to receive an answer soon. Tour 030355”

Thanks so much, Cedric for the message. I have looked at our travel file and I can see that we received your booking forms yesterday and that the confirmation has been requested to our operator. It normally takes 24 - 48 hrs to just receive them and they will be sent to you. Sorry for the delay. You will communication very shortly. Kindest regards Andrew (Founder of AOT)

“I would have given 5 stars last Saturday while booking my 3tous with Stefan, but since I paid in full for my 3 tours I have not heard a word even though I requested a receipt and confirmation of the tours I just pay d for. I have emailed and called and have no response. I am worried about my tours and am freaking out that I have heard no confirmations. I hope I will be able to change to 5 stars when I experience 3 great tours in South Africa, etc. worried at the moment.....”

“I spoke with Tammy and she was the best. She offered to work outside her hours to skype if I wanted to talk in person (time-zone differences), which I think is above and beyond. She answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. I was looking at booking through another company and they paled in comparison to her level of customer service, so it was a no brainer to go with the person that made such an effort to find the itinerary I was looking for within my time frame and budget. Anyone who gets to deal with her is in great hands. 5 out of 5 (the button wasn't working)”

“We have been in contact with Nicky at African Overland Tours for a few months. Nicky has been absolutely fantastic in helping us plan our first ever group tour! Super quick responses and super detailed with lots of information. I feel the service was above and beyond what is usually expected. Nicky not only gave us some great information on tours but also gave lots of advice on our independent section of travel in Africa. It took us a while to decide on which tour is best for us, due to timing and flights and other travel before and after the Africa tour but we finally managed to nail down the perfect tour for us with the help of Nicky. Overall, we are very pleased with the customer service at African Overland Tours. We will update a review after our tour from Cape Town to Victoria Falls in June. 10/10 for customer service!”
