Just wanted to say a big thank you for all your help with June and I getting the trip we originally wanted. We had an amazing time – saw what we wanted and did what we set out to as well. We were talking about doing something in a couple of years’ time – to East Africa again, but to see the migration (and not putting in as much mileage as we did this year!) – so you may get another e-mail from us in 2015!!

I thought I would send you through the link to this video of our 24 day Southern Circle - in case you have any other families wondering what it would be like with teenage kids. We are happy for you to show them. Thanks again for helping us plan our family's trip of a lifetime . It was great to get to meet you in Cape town too. http://youtu.be/85f_KRSFSC0

Hi Andrew, In this way, I would like to thank you for your help in arranging a trip for me (from Jo`burg to Durban via Kruger park). I had a great trip, although I wish I was able to do the full trip with the whole group. Nevertheless, the groups was nice. We were with 8, so more than enough space in the truck, what made that we could all see the animals and did not disturb each other. The two tour guides were really nice. The accommodations were great. I slept even 4 nights outside, which one night a visit of an elephant and the next night a visit of two porcupines. Incredible! And we were so lucky with the animals. After two days Kruger, I had seen already the big 5. In the remaining days I have seen much more impressive animals. And my last day I had a swim in the sea at Durban. Now I am back home in the Netherlands. When I arrived, the snow was waiting for me, a big change in weather. It is quite cold here, but I keep the warm memories. Thank you so much for this great experience! I will never forget.

I had a wonderful time! It was a tiny group - just a young couple from Denmark and the guide(s) and myself. The Lodges were all comfortable, the camping very well organized, the guides just great, and we saw all of the big 5 except the rhino - plus African Painted dogs, Sable Antelopes, and so many more. The whole trip was very professionally done, without losing any enthusiasm which we all shared. I spent the last 3 days in Cape Town and fell in love with it - don't think this will have been my last time in Africa!

Hi Andrew, Wow! What a journey...mostly fantastic...the highlights being the Katuuso School Opening in Uganda, Masai Mara in Kenya and the Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti and Zanzibar beaches. The down side being...I was bitten by a monkey and a turtle and a beetle tried to nest in my navel on the ferry from Zanzibar!!! But all good and caused a lot of laughs. The bad news is my Nokia mobile phone disappeared from my room 37 at the Sunset Bungalows near Kendwa Rocks, North Zanzibar sometime on 11-13th May. Did not realise until we got to Dar that it was missing. Wonder if you could maybe try tracking it down? Of course it has hundreds of my contacts and I am going to be lost without those. Our guide Mwangi (I think) was a disappointing Trip Leader, just gave sporadic info and not always around to answer questions or give further info. The cook Moi and driver Nick did an excellent job. Suzi and Rhondda are on their way home with Qantas, I am heading off in a few hours with Emirates. Thanks again for all your help. Take care, best wishes…

The trip was really great. I have really liked the experience very much! I managed to stick to the weight restrictions. It was the first time for me in Africa and I have really liked it. Am already thinking about the next destination.. Wilma really is a superb guide and the best I ever had. Her optimism and energy really were an important factor in making this trip a big success. Thanks for all your advice.

Just thought I'd drop you a note to let you know how the trip had gone. It was really spectacular! Thanks for your tips and suggestions; I think the Botswana was just right for what I was looking for. The group was a nice set of people from different nationalities and the guide was awesome (Wayne Westland). He really managed to get us into the whole bush and wildlife scene! Again thanks and if I come back for more overlanding, I'll definitely let you know. Best regards

Hi Andrew, Thanks for the message! I actually got back to Canada shortly after the tour ended, and now I'm back at school. We loved our time in Africa, especially all the people we met on the overland tour, and wouldn't have changed a thing! Thanks again for all your help. I miss Africa already, especially since I'm on a placement now in small-town Alberta...Take care

We just came back to Sweden after a couple of amazing weeks down on your continent. Just wanted to thank you for recommending the Botswana camping safari- those days were some of the most amazing in my life. Everything was perfect. The tour plan, the guide, etc. I would recommend this tour to anyone who is not TOO afraid of the camping part of it (I do not normally consider myself a camping person). The fact that we stayed in campsites rather than lodges really brought us close to nature. I loved every bit of it. The trip also has a very authentic feel to it- we never felt just part of the big tourist wheel. You can quote me on this!

Hi mate. Was just going through deleting old emails and saw our communications so thought I'd drop you a quick thanks. I had an awesome trip. Did the Cape town to Nairobi and it was fantastic. the tour leader and driver were both really cool fun guys and had the most amazing experience. We were very lucky with what we saw, even the tour leader said we were the luckiest group he'd ever had. The whole experience of camping and cooking and trucking about with a mix of people was brilliant, even with the small hiccups that happen with so many people together. I'd really recommend you guys, we saw many other trucks on the road and ours was one of the best, the individual lockers make a huge difference, didn't realise many other companies don't do that. Also, our tour leader, Daniel Fourie(not sure of spelling) was an absolutely phenomenal cook too, some of the best meals I've had on a holiday cooked over a campfire! Anyway, cheers for all your help at the time. Feel free to use the above in any advertising. Hope life is good these days.

Hi Andrew - I am back at work this morning after the best holiday I have ever had. The trip was amazing. Our guide Johannes, his helper Rimson and our translator Tina were all superb. The lodges were fantastic. Moremi Crossing is out of my dreams. I can’t wait to come back - hopefully at the end of May for my birthday. Many thanks for your help and patience with all my emails and questions!

Hi Huntley, I don't know if you still remember me, but I booked a tour with you. I just wanted to let you know, I had a fab time, the food was amazing and the group really fun. Thank god I bought a sleeping bag in the end, was really cold at night especially Namibia and Zambia. Hope you are still enjoying your job working in the travel agency. I am working at McDonalds at the moment in Australia and live on a farm but will go to Ireland in June. Hope all is well. Thanks a lot again

Good day Huntley!! I'm back in Cape Town with a great feeling about the trip with my family!! And wouldn't have been possible without your help. Therefore I just wanted to thank you for everything what you did for me and my family because we had the best time together without any trouble! From the beginning you were really helpful and the long mail-conversations and planning definitely paid off! We even had a cake for my sister's birthday which I don't know if you had anything to with that, if so thank you very much for the lovely surprise!! Though if not directly...well you were the one who told the lodge about it so THANKS!!! I will certainly recommend your company and you precisely! You exceeded my expectations!! Kind regards

Dear Huntley, How nice to hear from you. I still regret that our schedule did not allow us to meet you when we were in Cape Town. Yes we had a terrific trip. The best way to tell you about it would be to mail you the 2 DVDs that I have edited, one of our travels in South Africa and the 20 day overland tour to Victoria Falls, the other the highlights of our time in Nigeria. You will find them quite professional. (I put myself through college and seminary as a photographer and have been a semi-professional ever since.) I have already shown them to the congregation at my church and many others. You would be welcome to use them in your marketing or any way you would like. All I need is your mailing address.
