“Visiting the store was hectic and unfortunately the sales person who helped us knew very little about the stroller. I learned more online. I took advantage of the Nuna black friday sales and was happy with the savings. However, delivery took longer than expected and the delivery company left the stroller in my condo lobby without any warning. It would have been nice to receive a notice of delivery. The box was also open.”

Shopping in store however has been frustrating: It's happened during multiple visits where guests will queue up at the cash and ready for check out - but an associate that is serving someone else on the floor will then just have other guests that were still shopping cash out first.”
