“Excellent service, the boutique is beautiful, the only disappointment was the bathroom which was not very clean. Since the boutique has almost everything for baby to kids, I thought that the bathroom will be also adapted for young kids (eg. Little step for toddlers) which wasn’t the case, so just throwing an idea here :)
Before going to the boutique, I had a question so asked through the Live Chat, I only got an answer after 24h so I ended up getting the answer directly from an employee at the boutique.”
“I love this store because it honestly has everything you need to prepare for your baby. The staff is super informed and really helps you get yourself organized and feel less overwhelmed.
However often when ordering there is significant delays, and you need to constantly follow up. I understand that this may be due to the suppliers and Covid, but when influencers receive items next day or right away.. makes you wonder.

“While Agatha has a great selection of products, I find the service to lag in experience. On the occasions l have shopped there once the transaction is processed service becomes so -so. Recently I bought crib and when they communicated the delivery and I had more questions I never got a response. There are other occurrences like this that make it difficult being a repeat customer. I also find being an anglophone plays a part in the service I received.”
