“My favourite online store with a good range of products. Easy to Order through website or efficient telephone service. I particularly like the courier service, knowing what day and time the delivery will be made is of advantage. Products are always packaged carefully and assistance is amicable if a return is required.”

“My main reason for buying was to purchase Vimergy products. I am following Medical Medium protocols to heal psoriasis and he suggests that make. I've tried so hard to find Vimergy products and was so pleased to find it here. The delivery was quick and I trust the company because they obviously stock good quality stuff.”

“I returned an inferior product:- powder that was tasteless and gritty, using their own return label. Order was approx £150+. It's been over a week, and apparently, the parcel has not arrived. I can surmise they may prefer not to deal with the original complaint? At the time of organising the return, their telephone number was not working, and I had to contact their distribution company!! I'm really beginning to wonder about this company! No refund of £150 to date. Who can afford to lose £150?!?”

Hi Sarah - this was all resolved with a refund once the order was received back with us. There's not much else we could have done. You sent it back, there seemed to be a delay, then we refunded the goods. All the best - Mike Nash
