“All these years since 2009 I been a very satisfied user of Agoda but a recent booking at Amsterdam make me feel very disappointed. I booked a deluxe suite at Hotel2Stay Amsterdam but when we check in, the hotel said we just booked a king room which is much smaller. Before the trip I have called Agoda to confirmed our room type and Agoda agent had reaffirmed our room and even sent us a confirmation email. I am really disappointed that we pay the suite room for a higher price but we didn’t get the room type we booked. Called Agoda agent a few times in Amsterdam using our IDD call but all can’t solve the problem. Our reference number is 261611661. I am still in the middle of my travel and intend to call agoda regarding this matter.”
