Looking at all these reviews I'm not surprised everyone has had issues, I serviced this furniture for 2 months as a furniture repair technician, I have to say the furniture in a word is utter garbage, its OK at shop front sales they can be the nicest people in the world, however customer service is also garbage, I refused to service the furniture in the end..

Looking at other reviews, there appears to be an ongoing issue with poor customer service.

We were promised a cash payment if the sofa delivery was late but this never materialised! Just rude customer service staff that are completely unhelpful! After 4 months we noticed the stuffing was falling out from the underside of each recliner so we contacted AHF who sent an engineer to inspect.

The customer service is shocking whereby I have completely lost the will! I am basically paying for a settee that I cannot use.

After sales service stinks. Not interested after it has been delivered, very unhelpful. Would never buy anything from them again. Didn’t want to know.

After my return home,I felt I made a mistake,so 4 days after my order,I rang customer service, explained,how I felt,only to be told I could not have a refund.

This is the first time I've ever had to complain about a company online but I feel when you have spent a lot of money you should be given good service and instead I feel like I've been taken advantage of because Im not a rude customer.
