"This is the company that American Express uses for cell phone coverage. I lost my phone on vacation and they denied my claim. Why would I buy a new phone and im still naking payments on my lost phone just to get a few hundred bucks? My lost phone contained pictures from my vacation that I couldn't retrieve. This company has horrible customer service, the adjuster, Sue Leinweber never returned my calls! I can't gave a police report when I didn't know one was needed? I filed the claim when I returned home from vacation the next day. I will get insurance through Tmobile moving forward, this has been a horrible experience. Again, AIG has not made one phone call to me regarding my claim!!!!!"

"Do not do business with these individuals. With the expectation of a 30% return, I felt obliged to invest $30,000. Regretfully, I was unable to see the money, let alone the anticipated earnings. There were numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact\u00a0them. I had to call SPECTRUM-CREST for help. A few days later, I received my money back, and I am happy I reported them."

"We purchased AIG Travel Insurance for a flight to Atlanta, GA in September, knowing it was hurricane season. The day before our flight (less than 24 hours in advance), the conference was postponed due to Hurricane Helene, being a category 4 hurricane headed right for Atlanta GA. Insurance claim was denied because Atlanta didn't become uninhabitable due to the hurricane. We weren't willing to fly there and put our lives at risk, and didn't realize we'd only get our claim approved IF WE WERE DEAD."

"Awful, I got Covid and a pic of a postive test is not enough. They required me to see a doctor. So I can pay the doctor to tell me I have Covid? Scam!!"

They need to change insurance company.\r\nWaste time and money, I asked them to provide me a document of insurance for doing visa, because their document didn\u2019t show all information. But they said they have no ability to do that. What a shame. If you have no ability, you should close down your company then."
