“On the off chance a friend contacted Air Delay and gave them my number. There was nothing to loose, just answered the questions and waited for the cheque to arrive”

“Had a 26hr delay with Thomas Cook tried to claim delay compensation from the company and was rejected. Then tried a claim via the Civil Aviation Authority and was rejected despite meeting the compensation rules. I contacted Air Delay and they made a claim on my behalf and success! compensation paid. Not only would I use them again we already have my wife had a 5hr delay last year. 10/10 for service.”

“after several attempts with letters/phone calls to thomson i decided to just give up with claim and put it down to just unlucky.however after spotting air delay online i decided to give them a chance, and the end result was successful.I could not be happier with air delay and the way they acted.”
