“This claim was pursued diligently with their solicitors through the European Courts. It took 14 months to arrive at a successful conclusion (Small Planet Airways are legally based in Lithuania - a fact not mentioned when you make a booking). I would not have gone to the necessary lengths if I had been pursuing it myself.”

“After are delay from Lisbon,we contacted Tap Portugal but got nowhere with them. We then contacted Air Delay and they were excellent,handled are case very efficiently,and got are full refund. Would recommend this company to anyone who has had an air delay.”

“After our plans got changed by the company we intended to travel with our travel agent asked us if we want to make a claim contacting Air Delay. We accepted and not long ago we received an e-mail saying our claim was succesfull and we will receive a cheque by post. They were very helpfull when I replied them straight away our new adress,and we received our cheque few days after. All can we say,it’s a big Thank You! You are making a good job.”
