“When Monarch Airlines refused our EU compensation claim on grounds that the fault (engine Failure!) could not have been for seen we appeared to have no choice but to reluctantly drop the claim. I then saw an Airdelay add. on Facebook and decided to give it a try. I spoke to Alex who quickly assessed our claim and asked for any paperwork we might still have. Fortunatly i still had the relevent documents which I sent to Airdelay. After a short While I was told the case had been passed to solicitors and in the fullness of time I recieved a Cheque for £492. great result and very good service, I would highly recommend Airdelay”

“When I contacted AirDelay it was only a few days before the 6 year time limit for claims expired. I had no ticket/boarding pass etc. They moved really quickly and secured an offer from the airline within a week. A month later the money was in my bank. Charges exactly as quoted. No upfront cost. Highly recommended.”

“So pleased as we had already been rejected by the airline monarch but these guys took it all the way and won 3 very happy people. Now passing this info to the other 12 in our group who are now going to use Alex and his team. Thank you very much.”

“Seemed like I had to do all the calling around call back service was poor seem like they only had 1 office worker on the plus side when I sent bank details payment was fast just happy it's all sorted now”

“Overall experience was very good, though did have to prompt for payment, when I was told the funds had only recently arrived. The funds then went straight into my account, so very happy with overall service.”

“I really recommend using Air Delay. Its so simple, and Alex, who was dealing with my case, was super helpful and very quick to reply to any emails we had. You just need to fill in you flight details, and give some basic details, and they do the rest! I didn't expect to get anything to be honest, but was worth a try, no win no fee as they say, so you have nothing to lose anyway.”

“12 people in our party all delayed, started our claim back in August, everyone else paid out within a few weeks, my claim took 6 months, apparently the airline were disputing the claim even though everyone else in our party on the same flight had been paid out. Alex at Air delay was fantastic from start to finish, kept me up to speed with everything.”

“I tried to find out information on my flights on my own , but had no joy with this so I turned to flight delay and I am delighted to say they got me the full amount of money which was due back to me . I was laughing all the way to the travel agents to book another holiday . Thanks again .”

“Thought this would be a long drawn out process, especially as our delay was due to a bird strike on the aircraft 3 years ago .The information provided was straight forward and was surprised when I received an e mail informing me the claim and been settled in full and within 1 hour the money was in my bank account - great experience and looking forward to spending the money !!!”
