“We were told by the airline concerned that we were not entitled to any compensation but Air Delay followed it up for us and as a result we did receive compensation for our flight delay. It was very straightforward to fill in the information they required and they kept us informed about what was happening at each stage of the claim. We were very pleased with the positive outcome and would recommend them to anyone. We would definitely use them again.”

“Air Delay redeemed compensation for our delay which alone we would not have received. The support was good, timely and communicated well. The only negative was the rather large cut they took however we were made aware of this before commencing the claim and as it was a no win no fee we have no complaints.”
