“contacted air delay, they asked for the details, then they did the rest,next thing I received a letter with the cheques enclosed. it did take a little longer than expected,but still a good outcome. Im HAPPY.”

“we had a 19hr delay i tried to get compensation direct from the airline who refused then tried the next step the civil aviation who as said no ,then i saw a advert for air delay and thought i would speak to them last week we received cheques i carnt thank them enough with out them we would have got nothing !!”
