“I know some people say, well you can claim for compensation yourself. Why do you need someone to do it for you. I have experienced AirDelay's service very professional. They even carried out most of the ground work for us. When I telephoned them for the first time all I said was our Norwegian flight was cancelled and after I instructed them to proceed we received cheques with 8 weeks.. Their charges are very reasonable. Thank you Air Delay..... Noore”
