We went to Air Delay after getting no joy from the airline having been delayed in excess of 7 hours. As the airline is based in Europe it took a bit longer than UK claims but Air Delay did it and we received our cheques a couple of weeks ago and far more than we were expecting so thank you Air Delay

After spending 15 hours in Gatwick airport we tried to get compensation ourselves from Small Planet with no luck. Air delay took on our claim & we received cheques last week. No hidden costs. Fully recommend this company. Thank you.

It is over a year now since our holiday was delayed so I didn't think we would get a refund,it took just once for the polite young man to phone us after I got in touch with Air Delay, and we received our cheque with in a couple of weeks ,excellent service

Simple and efficient handling of my claim. No hidden charges, I can highly recommend these guys, if you are unfortunate enough to have your flight delayed for more than 3 hours.

It was a long process as easy jet disputed my claim and it ended up in court. Very pleased to say that air delay won it for us and was compensated for all four passengers so would definitely recommend air delay thankyou

Big airlines do not want to be bothered with customers when things go wrong. A call to Air Delay and within a few weeks we received a very satisfactory cheque for the delay we experienced. Without Air Delay I believe we would still be waiting. Thank you Air Delay, well worth your fee

Having previously attempted twice to get Thomas Cook airline to compensate us for an awful 36 hour delay. We chose Air Delay due to their more reasonable fee charges. The company kept us updated throughout the procedure and within 2 months finally got us what we were due. Highly recommend this company.

I opened a case on July 29th and heard nothing until I contacted them on August 16th They said they had sent me an e'mail the next day but couldnt verify when Unable to make a claim because a different flight company had an aircraft fault - This is a MAJOR flaw in their advertising and I have also found a common case for rejection - You need to make this simple fact obvious on all your advertising.. Waste of my time

Hi Darren I'm sorry we were unable to take on your claim but we did actually email you the same day you applied. The email was sent on 29/07 @ 17.48 - less than 6 hours after you signed up. On the day in question their was a runway closure at Gatwick, so virtually all flights were disrupted and in such situations, compensation is not due. Apologies if you did not receive the email but I can assure you it was sent. Of course you are free to pursue the matter yourself or instruct another company, however based on our experience we would advise against taking the claim forwards. I'm not sure that leaving us 1 star review is really warranted when all we have done is given you our free assessment of the case. After all, emails do occasionally get filtered our as spam etc, and you could have contacted us long before 16/08 to enquire as to the status of your claim All the best Air Delay
