“They got a positive result where I was unable to. It took longer than expected & the % they took was high but without them we would have not received anything. Looking back it was not really about the level of compensation but to tell holiday companies like Thomson that they can not take their customers 'for a ride' or rip them off.”

“Airdelay received notification from solicitors in March ,did not let us know our claim was unsuccessful until we enquired in July.They told us the process woud take 8 to 12 weeks in March TIME WASTERS DONOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE !!!!!”

“Hi, We found the whole process very simple and hassle free. Our emails were answered promptly and staff were very helpful. We were delighted to receive our compensation for our 6 hr delayed flight. “5 years after our flight delay I just tried to claim on the off chance, I didn't know you could claim for delayed flights. I sent the information to Air Delay and within 4 months I had 2 cheques for £362 each, bonus !! great experience overall and Alex always kept me in touch with the progress of the claim. would 100% recommend Air Delay to anyone.”
