“thought i might try a claim convinced that i would be lucky to get a penny , so was very delighted to get 240 pounds between me and 3 grand children i was going to tear up the rest of what i assumed was paperwork when i noticed my youngest grandaughters name on a letter so ichecked the rest of the paperwork and was over the moon we had received 240 pounds each ,so i would recommend try and see if you have a claim aftr all , i would recommend this company i am nearly a thousand pounds better off thanks to them. janet”

“We would not have claimed compensation if we had not found AirDelay. The claims process was quick and straightforward. We were delighted to receive almost £700 for our delayed flights from Tokyo somqiickly. Would not hesitate to recommend AirDelay.”

“At first i was a bit dubious about these pop ups that i get but decided to fill out the claims form as we had just returned from our holiday and experienced some delays. Could not believe how quick it was sorted. Got over £340 pound. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.”

“I had applied to Jet2 3 times for a 24 hour delay with no success so sent off to air delay with no expectations but received a cheque within 10 weeks !! Delighted & many thanks”

“Alex very helpful with claim. Took a while but got claim eventually. Had to initiate the email with Butterworths a few times in order to find out where my claim was up to. Happy with 25% of my claim to go to Air Delay because otherwise I would not have bothered with it.”
