“Very good phone call to give details. well explained, took 4 months for it to be completed which we were told. Notified by email to get back in touch. Delt with the same person ( Alex ) from initial call to email and final call. Would refer to friend's and family. Thank you again.”

“Air Delays were brilliant from start to finish I got the full competition claim back from Thompson airways . It was so easy to do I didn't even know I could claim . My flight was almost 3 years ago and my claim was a success. Thank you air delays Richard Harvey Southampton”

“Fantastic service, I had written to British Airways after my 5 hour delay 5 years ago and they just ignored me, but after seeing the Air Delay advert i thought nothing to lose and within a few weeks i got all the money for my flights back hassel free. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has been delayed. Phill Walsh (Manchester)”
