“Was very happy with my compensation however it did take a very long time and a large sum was deducted for air delays services. Over all I’m very satisfied and they did manage to get me a fair compensation.”

“We we’re delay 10 hrs at bmth airport due to board P&O cruise line. P&O were fantastic and gave us the appropriate details to proceed with a claim through AIr Delay. The company dealt with our claim quickly and professionally so us as client did not suffer any stress. We were pleasantly suprised with the amount of compensation paid and would thoroughly recommend them in future. The claim was completed with in a matter of weeks. Thank you AIr Delay 👌”
