Many thanks to butterworths soliciters for the efficiant way they delt with our case against Thomas Cook,we were informed of progress all the way through our case. We tried for three years to claim compensation to no avail,we should have gone to butterworths to begin with,withoughtthere good work we would not have recieved the compensation we were entitled to. Once again thankyou butterworths.

Easy website process. Air delay set timing expectation realistically and we just waited for the cheques to arrive. Recommended Air delay to two friends who were on the same flight.

Can't believe how simple and stress free this was. I contacted them by email and the rest was done for me. A sizeable sum followed a few weeks later which paid a large vet bill for my poorly doggy. Very pleased. Friendly staff. Efficient service.

I struggled to solve this myself and was fed up with all the bumph I received from the company at fault! So I decided to let Air Delay take over and see if they had any more success. This was quick and easy and only took about 3 weeks in which time all my group got some money back. Thank you, Elaine.

Very easy to submit claim. Once in the hands of Air delay, I just sat back and waited. The cheques arrived in about 7 weeks from first sending claim. Thank you.

Air Delay provided an excellent service. My flight was delayed over 24 hours coming back from Poland on WizzAir. I tried to claim against WizzAir but they trotted out the excuse that they'd done everything they could regarding servicing of the plane and so the mechanical failure was beyond their control. I gave the details to Air Delay and they had a result in my favour within 3 weeks. 10/10

The whole process taken far too long made my initial claim late Sept 2015 , finally received a cheque mid June 2016 , others on the same flight received their compensation dec 2015 . However apart from the "delay" aptly named company ???? the overall result is satisfactory and i ended up with more compensation after the fee than the total price of the whole original holiday

Very disappointed with the outcome I expected the claim to be higher than it was considering how much we paid for the holiday and the length of flight etc

Hi Mandy, I'm sorry you don't feel the compensation was adequate for the delay you suffered but unfortunately the amount is fixed under the rules, depending on the delay length and flight distance. I can see your flight was delayed just under 4 hours, which was unfortunate as 5 minutes more and you would have received twice as much, but regardless if you chose to handle the claim yourself, chose a different company or went to the CAA the payment amount would not change. In any case, thank you for your feedback and here's to punctual air travel in the future! AD
