“Air Delay found details of the late flight when I had lost the data, they then handled the case and got a result for me with no hassle. If I ever have this problem again I will certainly use them to act on my behalf. Thank you again for a very good service well woth the fees. John Russell”

“I tried unsuccessfully to claim from the Airline myself. Air Delay was successful with the same claim. Although I paid roughly 30% of the total compensation to Air Delay it was worth it aswithout them I would have got 100% of nothing! They are now in the process of dealing with a second claim on my behalf.”

“Would like to give a big shout out to Air Delay, superbly handled our claim all online with no problems what so ever. We had unsuccessfully tried by ourselves twice to get this compensation only to be told we hadn't got a case. After 5 years Air Delay got this sorted within 6 week's. Fantastic service.”

“Lengthy delay between submitting claim at end June 2016 and settlement April 2017. Having to chase up several times with the solicitors you use (Butterworths) Originally they came into action because you said BA rejected claim. Then after long delay they were informed by BA you had already been paid. Only their enquires of you finally ended in me being paid. Not good communication all round.”

“I spent 9 months of frustration contacting EasyJet , and all I wanted was the refund of my car parking , £59.00. Aftre all this time I noticed an ad on F B and immediately contacted Air delay . that was it never had to do anymore , I was sent a cheque for £302.00 pounds . so easy after all my efforts that were in vain . Great service , recommended”

“They were very efficient, applying for a refund online was very quick and easy, The time it took from the start to our CHEQUE arriving through our letterbox was very impressive. We already have recommended this company to other people who found themselves in the same situation as my wife and I.”
