WE TOLD AIR DELAY WHAT HAD GONE WRONGE WITH HOW FLEET AND THEY DID THE REST THEY ALSO GOT ME 1015=00 AND ALL DID WAS TO MAKE TWO PHONE CALLS THANKS Mr A G HEWSON

After trying unsuccessfully to get compensation from Norwegian myself I turned to Air Delay for assistance. I am pleased to say that I have now received my compensation form Norwegian via Air Delay. It was worth paying the % fee as without them I would have got nothing. Many thanks Air Delay and I will certainly use you again should the need arise.

After several attempts to get Ryanair to pay up for a 5 hour delay and getting nowhere I sent our details to AirDelay, I still got a letter from Ryanair saying they were not liable and were not going to pay so AirDelay had to go to the small claims court and I received £480 for the 2 of us after AirDelay took their cut. I would have received nothing otherwise, all in all a good experience.

ever since i signed the documents they were impossible to contact, always saying they would get someone to call me back but never did. Originally they told me that because of my particular case situation they would give over my case to a solicitor straight away, but it took approximately 8 weeks until they did so.....

There was a delay by our tour operator in dealing with our claim. Alex continually pursued the claim, informing us by email, and phone, of the progress of the claim. Every time he gave the operator a date to respond, he immediately followed up the enquiry the next day, and kept us informed. I had previously used a well known company who required me to sign a very complicated legal document and despite rejecting that they still went ahead and started the claim with the airline which blocked me from using anyone else. So this time I tried Air Delay and they were really good to deal with. Only had to sign a simple authorization for them to act on my claim and was able to get straight through on the phone whenever I had a question. Better still the claim was paid out and their charges were less than anyone else. Great service and will definitely use them again
